HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 Choose one of the seven tariffs that you think best suits your business.
Step 2 Set up the payment details.
Step 3 Give instructions on how you want your calls answered and prioritised messages sent to you.
Step 4 Divert of your calls to your 24-7PA in either of 3 ways.
Step 5 Receive your messages by calling in, SMS or email.

STEP 1 Choose the times and amounts of service you want to pay for.

Our most popular tariff is Green Business Week £99 per month

Remember you are not fixed into a contract, so you can switch tariffs to suit once month to flex with your business needs.

STEP 2 Set up the payment details Card details

We invoice you monthly to be paid by credit card or cheques in 7 days for your basic package plus any extra calls, SMS messages, calls directly put through to you and any other services you may have used (eg mailing your price lists, company booklets etc). For each package we ask for a £35.00 set up fee up front.

STEP 4A use BT Star 21 Star divert service.
To divert all calls from you own phone press *21* your 24-7PA number # e.g. *21*0844 8008 110#
Divert call after 15 seconds (no answer) press *61* your 24-7PA number # e.g. *61*0844 8008 110#
Divert your calls when busy press *67* your 24-7PA number # e.g. *67*0844 8008 110#

STEP 4B Use our free Non Geographic number for your calls.
With our service you recieve FREE an unique number for you to use. This is a Non Geographic Number like 0845 or 0844 These are local rate numbers to use.

The best way is to advertise it on your website. So calls can come directly to your offices or be programmed automatically if no answer or busy or a specific time to come your calls come to us. That way you do not have to pay a divert charge to your telecoms supplier and it is set it up once and forget about diverting your calls.

STEP 5 Receive your messages by calling in, SMS or email.
Enjoy making time for yourself and your business by processing your calls when it suits you. You are then safe in the knowledge that your calls are being taken care off.

We can suppply the full range of non geographic (0844, 0845, 0870, 0871, 0800) numbers if you wish some are payable.
